Formal Complaints
To lodge a formal complaint, ask reception for a Complaint Form. Completed forms can be returned at the front desk or mailed to us.

If you need medical attention outside of our opening hours, please call the practice on (03) 5970 7777 to hear a recorded message with your after hours options.
Our after hours home visit service is provided by Doctor Doctor, who offer bulk billed home visits. Please call 13 26 60 to arrange a visit.
You can also visit the Medicare Urgent Care Centre Somerville, located at Shop 24 & 24A, Somerville Central Shopping Centre, 49 Eramosa Rd W, Somerville VIC 3912. They can be reached on (03) 5959 1519.
In an emergency, call 000 or go directly to the Emergency Department at Frankston Hospital.
