If you have any comments or feedback on how we can bring better healthcare to you and your family, we want to know about it. We take your feedback seriously, so please talk to your doctor, one of the reception staff, or you can write to us or use our suggestion box.
To make a formal complaint please ask for our Complaint form. Once complete, you can post it to us or hand it in at reception.

If you need medical attention please telephone the practice on (03) 5970 7777 for a pre-recorded message with your after hours options. In the event of an emergency, dial 000 or proceed to the Accident and Emergency Department at Frankston Hospital.
Our locum service provider, Doctor Doctor, provides after hours bulk billed home visits. Please phone 13 26 60.
